What you’re signing up for
With your consent, Matt McArthur may send occasional emails when a new note is published or there’s something worth sharing. There is no regular newsletter schedule. Signing up does not send an email automatically.
What is stored
Your email address, signup date, consent and its date and wording version, subscription status and the page you signed up from are stored in a private Notion database. A private unsubscribe link and token hash are stored to let you cancel. Your email address and subscriber record are not displayed publicly.
Consent and unsubscribe
The consent box is unticked by default. You can unsubscribe using the link included in any future email, then confirming your choice. This marks your subscription as unsubscribed and records the date. The record remains in Notion to retain consent history and avoid treating it as permission to send more emails.
Questions or removal requests
To ask about your subscription or request removal of your record, contact Matt through LinkedIn.
